Nov 16th SIXX COOL MOMS® of Montgomery County Women's Self-defense Seminar

StrongHER® and Krav Oz are proud to present this uniquely developed woman-led workshop on Nov 16th, SIXX COOL MOMS® of Montgomery County. This Seminar goes beyond teaching just the physical components of self-defense and approaches self-protection from the mindset of the attacker. This research-based seminar includes insights from law enforcement officers and mental health professionals that will help you be better able to, not only physically defend yourself, but to better predict and prevent violent encounters through a better understanding of predatory behavior.

The two-part seminar begins with a guided conversation that gives insight into an attacker's mentality and develops

our ability to recognize pre-attack indicators and predatory behaviors. Participants will leave with a simple model that they can use to evaluate behaviors and feel more confident in their ability to avoid and dissuade unwanted and predatory behavior.
