About the Event
StrongHER® and Krav Oz are proud to present this unique opportunity for women to connect and train together! We'll get in a great workout as we train various self-defense scenarios and skillsets. We will also chat about topics pertaining to women and will train and share in a fun and engaging way that promises to leave you feeling strong and capable! Oh, and we promise you'll work up a great appetite, for our light breakfast and coffee to follow, where we'll be able to socialize and connect! No experience is needed!
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in elements of our widely acclaimed women's self-defense program endorsed by several area universities, including Georgetown and American University where Chantell regularly teaches the principles of self-defense and self-protection to students, faculty, and staff. Come prepared to learn and ready to have a great time training with other women in this safe and welcoming environment.
