About the Event

StrongHER® and Krav Oz are proud to present this unique opportunity for women to connect and train together!  We'll get in a great no-gi grappling session as we train various self-defense scenarios from the ground and  "roll" with partners of all skill levels in a supportive & non-competitive environment, all while chatting and noshing on light food and drinks! No experience is needed!  *Special Pricing if you come with a friend!

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in some of the ground fighting elements of our widely acclaimed women's self-defense program endorsed by several area universities, including Georgetown and American University where Chantell, our lead instructor (joined by Cathy Tran who will be co-teaching at our Galentines session) regularly teaches the principles of self-defense and self-protection to students, faculty, and staff. Come prepared to learn and ready to have a great time training with other women in this safe and welcoming environment.

Be sure to wear comfortable athletic attire to get the most out of this seminar!
