StrongHER® and Krav Oz are proud to present this uniquely developed woman-led workshop on Nov 16th, SIXX COOL MOMS® of Montgomery County. This Seminar goes beyond teaching just the physical components of self-defense and approaches self-protection from the mindset of the attacker. This research-based seminar includes insights from law enforcement officers and mental health professionals that will help you be better able to, not only physically defend yourself, but to better predict and prevent violent encounters through a better understanding of predatory behavior.
The two-part seminar begins with a guided conversation that gives insight into an attacker's mentality and develops
our ability to recognize pre-attack indicators and predatory behaviors. Participants will leave with a simple model that they can use to evaluate behaviors and feel more confident in their ability to avoid and dissuade unwanted and predatory behavior.

A portion of all proceeds will be donated to our fund that helps women and girls receive self-defense training at little to no cost. We are currently working to support an all-girls school in India and a group of women with disabilities in Trinidad and Tobago in receiving training.
